Concealed carry is becoming an increasingly hot topic at both the state and federal level. National reciprocity is growing closer, and more states are looking at concealed carry as a legitimate option. Conclusive studies, such as University of Chicago Professor John Lott's, have shown that concealed carry states have lower violent crime rates than states without it. However, as more and more states give their citizens back the right of self-protection, Handgun Control Inc. (HCI) continues to apply increasing pressure to deny law abiding citizens this essential right.

May Issue vs. Shall Issue- shall issue.
Safety Training- required Safety Training-
Thoroughness of Background Check- criminal, military, mental health check
Prohibited Places to Carry- law-enforcement or correctional facilities, state and federal buildings, posted buildings, schools, assemblies, bars
Licensing Procedures- pass background check, complete training, $90 for four years
Reciprocity- ID, IN, KY, MI, AK, OK, UT, VA
Number of People with CCH permits- 28,198

Former Marine, formerly employed with a Security/Transportation related company. NRA certified instructor. North Carolina Private Protective Services certified instructor for the past 5 years, including North Carolina Justice Academy Use of Deadly Force certification.

Donald Douyotas

Former Arizona Ranger training sergeant for the Phoenix Co. 15 years experience as a firearms instructor with NRA certification for- Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, and Personal Protection. Approved Arizona and North Carolina Concealed Carry instructor, including North Carolina Justice Academy Use of Deadly Force certification.
